These aren't subordinate roles; we're rounding out the core leadership team here. No one has time to micromanage, so be ready to step up, own your domain, and build something amazing. Back-End Developer
You'll be building the backbone of everything. Integrate with LLMs and build RAG models, prompt engineering flows, API connections, authentication, database architecture, and oh so much more. Proficiency in Python, AWS, AWS RDS (SQL & NoSQL), Twilio, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), building scalable APIs, and must obviously be familiar with LLM integration.
Data Engineer
You'll be primary for building out our data structures, data pipeline, analyzing and building an analysis framework for our entire assistant as well as the RAG model, architecting a prompt engineering flow, analyzing usage to shape product, and more. Have experience working with LLMs, Python, AWS RDS (SQL & NoSQL), Pandas, NumPY, Streamlit, or whatever preferences to the above. For any you don't know, be quick at learning.
Front-End / UX Dev
Understand users. Bring that understanding to how we develop every element of our product's interaction and flow. Turn our functionality into UX magic.
Biz Dev
We need to integrate with many external players. Shy on details here, but be good at sales and understand the technologies at play here.
